FAQ's
Q: Are digital negatives included?
A: CD's of the wedding are included in all my packages. No waiting 2 years to buy them. They are NOT watermarked or at a lower resolution. You are getting the same file I send to my lab to be printed.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: I accecpt: cash, cheques, credit cards, and debit cards.
Q: Do I have to pay all in advance?
A: No, you don't have to pay all in advance. I break it down into 3 payments: The 1st when you sign the contract, the 2nd at the wedding rehearsal, and the final payment when I deliver your wedding photos. For the larger packages I will work with you and your budget, accepting 4 installments.
Q: Do you charge by the hour?
A: Have you ever been to a wedding that started on time? Things happen and late starts are common. Most photographers make themselves available for a few hours. If your wedding starts late and the photographer you've spent a lot of money on can't capture the First Dance….? I only book one wedding a day, allowing you to set the hours I spend at your wedding. My focus is you and your wedding, not the next one.
Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: My overhead is lower because I work out of my home. I shoot in digital eliminating film expenses. I use a professional lab for processing my digital negatives and post them online via the Internet. I am always available to meet in person if you want to see actual prints.
Q: What if I would like something that is between two of your plans?
A: I try to be flexible with my clients. I will work with you to create an album you can enjoy.
Q: I have guest coming from out of state, how can they see the photos without me sending them the proof book?
A: I offer online proofing at no additional cost. I hand out cards with website address and password. Your guest can see the photos 14 days after the wedding online with no obligation to purchase prints. If they decide to purchase prints, they can order them directly from the site.
Q: What do you change for traveling expenses?
A: No. The price we agree upon is the price you pay. There are absolutely no hidden costs.
